Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, RN you are the backbone of our Clinical Department. Your duties include ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents. You will use your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe. Location Astoria Place Living and Rehab Center is located at 6300 N California Ave, Chicago, IL 60659 in West Rogers Park.
