Retail AssociateThe Retail Associate provides guidance and education to each patient with cannabis needs. They are responsible for providing customer care with empathy, compassion and professionalism. For living our vision, mission and values always, and ensuring customers receive the correct medicinal product that best benefits their needs.We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic part-time Retail Associate, who shares our passion to provide quality medicine and excellent patient care to patients and who support the Company’s core values and culture. The Retail Associate works closely and collaboratively with the dispensing facility leadership and reports to the Store Manager and Lead Associates.Pay: $16.00/hour plus tipsFLSA status: Non-ExemptSchedule: Part-time / including weekendsMajor Areas of Responsibility include:Ensures all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information in company databases for future referenceConfirms patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and dispensaryProvide exceptional Customer Care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relationsRespond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general informationManagement of patient records through the use of state and company databaseMaintenance and update of databases as neededFulfillment of customer ordersResponsible for the sales and promotion of all productsBuild and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific productsMinimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):1-3 years of experience in a retail operation, point of sales systems and use of Microsoft office programsMust be passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance and inventory controlExcellent and effective consulting skillsExceptional interpersonal skills, including listeningExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishAbility to detail and able to consistently follow up instructions as outlinedAbility to organize and prioritize workMED badge requiredWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, use hands to perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).
