Base Pay $85,000.00 / Year Employee Type Full Time Manage Others Yes Dana Safety Supply Operations Manager – Roseville, California As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the installation shop, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and timely project completion. You will manage a team of installers, technicians, and support staff while collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands and achieve company goals. Compensation Plan Base pay $85,000 + incentive opportunities. Requirements Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM). Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
