Speech Language Pathologist SLP

We're committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that helps residents regain their voice, improve cognition, and thrive. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to bring clinical excellence and heart to our supportive rehab environment.
- Restore Communication : Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse adult populations.
- Deliver Outcomes : Create and execute personalized therapy plans focused on voice, fluency, articulation, and dysphagia management.
- Collaborate for Success : Work closely with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to ensure cohesive, person-centered care.
- Lead with Insight : Document effectively using Rehab Optima or SigmaCare, educate families and caregivers, and support smooth transitions in care.
- Active New York SLP license
- SNF experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Rehab Optima and/or SigmaCare
- Must be compassionate, patient-focused, and highly communicative
- COVID-19 vaccination required per facility policy
