This contract opportunity is ideal for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) who are passionate about fostering student growth and communication skills in a school-based setting.

Available immediately and extending through late May 2027, this full-time assignment involves working across multiple sites as an itinerant provider. Flexible scheduling across 37.5 hours per week ensures comprehensive support for an evolving caseload. Age groups and populations will be determined, offering variety and opportunities for dynamic professional development.

Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly desired
• Comfort with itinerant work and adapting to different school environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally across multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to individual IEPs
• Complete thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for all students
