Monday-Saturday; 10pm-8am

Thursday & Friday; 8am-2pm

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.

Requirements

• Active IL NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
• Prior experience with G-tube, Trach, and Vent care
