Chief Executive OfficerIf you wish to contribute to the Prime Healthcare legacy within a Chief Executive Officer capacity for a hospital within our family of acute care hospitals (or future hospitals), then join our executive leadership network to begin exploring immediate and future opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAs a Chief Executive Officer leading one of our facilities, you'll be responsible for:Overall day to day hospital operations of the hospital as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity within patient care, clinical and clinical support service areas.Working collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.Planning and directing the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals.Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals.Attracting, training, developing, and retaining talent to ensure business needs are met.Driving and building revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.Communicating key information to respective stakeholders.QualificationsIn order to be considered for a Chief Executive Officer position within our facilities, you'll possess the following qualifications:Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.Proven ability to lead at all levels of management.Demonstrates community commitment.Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Pay TransparencyPrime Healthcare Management Inc. offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000.00 to $300,000.00 on an annualized basis.
