Revenue Integrity Specialist

To support revenue optimization efforts, the full-time Revenue Integrity Specialist will manage reimbursement audits, ensure compliance with payer contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance cash flow and payment accuracy. Key responsibilities Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of provider and care center information and reimbursement by payers Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and manage denial trends while working with Revenue Cycle Teams and payer representatives Make independent decisions on audit results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities Required qualifications High School Graduate 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP 3+ years of experience with payer contracts and auditing payer payments Familiarity with Trizetto tools and Salesforce case management preferred
