PepsiCo Truck Driver

Quick look pay: $64,000 annual. Target location: Portsmouth, VA. Work days: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week. Start time: Depends on the route. Average start time 5AM but can be as early as 2 AM depending on route. End time: When work is completed.

Minimum qualifications: 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law. Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What you'll do:

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
