This role requires exceptional attention to detail, urgency in execution, and the ability to proactively anticipate and resolve payroll issues. The Payroll Specialist will also provide high-level support to executive and management teams through detailed, process-driven work performed with excellence.\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_**What You’ll Do:*** Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees to ensure timely and accurate payments.* Review and verify timesheets, including hours worked, leaves, and overtime.* Audit timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company standards and wage and hour laws.* Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies quickly to minimize employee impact.* Respond to employee questions and concerns related to payroll.* Partner with team members to coordinate benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments.* Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and reconciliation.* Support internal and external audit preparation by gathering required information.
