The Role SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who is passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity‑affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group‑based programming, including parent training and social skills groups. What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans Implement naturalistic, play‑based interventions in natural environments Partner with families as true collaborators (not just “trainers”) Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity‑affirming strategies Work across home, school, and community settings Facilitate and help develop skills‑based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community‑based programming) Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings What You’re a Great Fit If You Have Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB Required: Michigan state licensure Required: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching Passion for neurodiversity‑affirming, ethical ABA practice Early childhood development expertise Ready to join a team that values creativity, flexibility, and neurodiversity?
