Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to proactively identify and engage top talent, supporting Rosendin’s growth as an employee-owned electrical contractor.
You will source candidates for craft, field leadership, and corporate roles, building diverse pipelines and driving engagement. The role requires strong sourcing skills, experience with ATS/CRM systems, and excellent communication.
