Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week
• May be required to float to other skilled nursing facilities.

Effingham, Illinois offers access to Midwestern travel routes and outdoor recreation. The city sits at the junction of Interstates 57 and 70 and is about 90 miles from Springfield and about 115 miles from St. Louis.
