Job Description
Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Rehabilitation

Schedule: Days 6am - 2pm, Every Other Weekend, Holidays per Unit Needs

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- New York Certified Nursing Assistant (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Minimum 2 years' CNA experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' health status and care provided.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and sanitation standards to maintain a clean environment.
- Recognize signs of illness and report them to supervisors promptly.
- Communicate effectively with registered nurses regarding any changes in residents' conditions.
