Requirements - No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card
- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience

- Safely load, secure, and haul flatbed freight
- Follow all FMCSA regulations and best practices
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
