Ultrasound Technologist PRN

Black Women's Mental Health Institute

Role: PRN Ultrasound Technologist responsible for performing imaging procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment. Key Duties Perform various imaging procedures, including surgical and portable exams. Follow physician orders accurately, document exams in Meditech, and verify images in PACS. Maintain equipment quality controls and proper documentation of patient history and lab values. Qualifications & Skills Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), with Abdomen Specialty and Vascular Technician certifications obtainable within one year. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and documentation skills.
