Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient
The Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments to improve their ability to perform daily activities. This role focuses on patient-centered rehabilitation, functional independence, and delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 12+ years of Occupational Therapist experience (Outpatient preferred) Active Michigan Occupational Therapist License (Required prior to start) BLS Certification (AHA Required) Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT or equivalent) Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and ADL training
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings Familiarity with EMR systems Strong patient education and communication skills
Work Environment
Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic Onsite role in West Branch, MI Patient-focused clinical environment
Additional Requirements
Must be flexible with day shifts and scheduling needs Ability to manage varied caseloads Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
