Now Hiring: Project Superintendent / Project Manager

Midwest Construction is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent / Project Manager to lead residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily jobsite operations.
Manage schedules, subcontractors and crews.
Coordinate materials, deliveries and inspections.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Maintain quality control and jobsite safety.
Communicate with clients, vendors and internal team.

Proven experience in construction management or supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
Organized, proactive and solution-oriented.
