Location: 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3, Rochester, NY 14621
Start Date: 10/13/2026
Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

• Specialty: MSDU RN / Intermediate Care Unit

• Shift: 3×12 Nights | Weekend: Every other weekend

• Beds: 26 | Ratio: 1:5–1:7

• Experience: 1+ year required

• First-Time Traveler: Accepted

• License: NY RN License must be in hand — NO EXCEPTIONS

• Local Rule: Must live 75+ miles from facility

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required — NIHSS must be included in submittal

• Charting: EPIC experience required

• Scrubs: Navy blue & white — any combination

• Patient Population: Adult acute-care patients requiring higher acuity than general Med/Surg

• Unit: Step-down/IMCU receiving patients from ED, PACU, ICU & Med/Surg

• Clinical Skills: Telemetry & dysrhythmia interpretation/management, Rapid Response/Code response, peripheral IV care, phlebotomy, oxygen therapy, non-invasive airway management, BIPAP, arterial/central lines, titrated IV medications & isolation precautions

• Facility: Tertiary Care Hospital | 528 staffed beds
