Role Description The Licensed Sales Producer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Midlothian, VA. This role includes calling potential customers on the phone and occasional meeting in person with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, life, and commercial policies. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing sales while ensuring all activities comply with company and regulatory standards. The Licensed Sales Producer will educate clients on coverage options, explain policy details in clear terms, and provide ongoing customer service, including policy reviews and updates. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate records, collaborating with team members, and participating in training to stay current on product offerings and industry changes. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance products and ability to explain policy features and coverage options clearly is preferred Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing, with a focus on consultative selling. Willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and products. Active Property & Casualty insurance license mandatory; Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe. Can assist with getting study materials for the test Comfort using CRM systems and standard office software to manage client information and track sales activities. Ability to work on-site in Midlothian, VA, with reliable transportation and a professional, client‑focused demeanor.
