About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, User Experience & Design to play a pivotal role in the evolution of enterprise revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a cohesive UX strategy across the full product suite, ensuring a unified ecosystem that enhances the way sales organizations interact with data, workflows, and AI. This leadership position demands a deep understanding of B2B revenue, CRM, or sales technology, and a proven track record in building and shipping AI-native products. The VP will lead a global team of designers, champion a research-led culture, and oversee the design system to maintain UI consistency, accessibility, and development velocity. Collaboration with product and engineering teams is essential to influence the product roadmap and to lead the platform's evolution into an AI-first experience. Applicants for the VP, User Experience & Design role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in UX/Product Design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth SaaS environment. The role requires the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with attention to detail in design systems, as well as experience in implementing design thinking and agile UX methodologies at scale.
