Lane Valente Industries is a Retail, Construction, Facilities Maintenance and Project Management Company, is looking for a highly motivated, responsible candidate for full-time position for a Project Coordinator. .
• The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, experience in Facilities Maintenance Construction, Project Coordinating and the ability to work within a team environment.
• They will need to be highly dependable and have night/weekend flexibility with their schedule to meet the various needs of the department.
• Job responsibilities include answering incoming calls, initiating/dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors and ordering materials, running reports on open work orders/projects, follow up on all service requests, data entry, purchase order processing and management of commercial construction projects.
• A strong customer service background is required with the ability to multi-task.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects is required.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sourcing Vendors Nationwide for projects
• Budgeting, billing & Accounting
• Strong personality who can work well under pressure and with others in a fast-paced work environment.

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
