SE WDCE Operation Support and Committees

Job Title

JOB SUMMARY: Assists with general operational support, promotions and events.

Specific Duties

• Assist with general operational support, programming, promotions, and events as assigned by Station Manager, Faculty Advisor and/or Executive Board members
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (for moving equipment, etc.)
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned by the professional staff

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience of 1-semester as part of the WDCE organization

• Must possess problem solving and growth mindset with a positive attitude and an initiative to resolve questions or concerns

• Preferred qualification of a 1-hour (minimum) on-air show

• Must attend all meetings as assigned (unless previously-approved absence)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Forms and social media platforms

• Strong communication and administrative skills

• Ability to multi-task, follow directions and work independently

• Approx. 3-8 hours/week
