• Job Setting: 33-bed Emergency Department with 3 trauma bays at a Level III Trauma Center; approximately 50,000 ED visits annually; dedicated specialty care rooms for ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and more; 13 cardiac-monitor beds with advanced trauma capabilities
• Types of Cases: Full-scope emergency medicine procedures; high-acuity emergency medicine; acute and emergent conditions; trauma-designated emergency department
• Credentialing: Must have actual state license board certification in hand, and active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Licensure: Current Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain); Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
