This position provides flexible scheduling with our PRN role with a supportive team and an excellent work environment. Position Schedule: PRN COMPETITIVE PER VISIT PAY. Location: Orlando, Melbourne. About the Role As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while collaborating closely with our clinical leadership team. You will complete start‑of‑care assessments, routine visits, and ongoing patient education to support patient‑centered care. Our new AI documentation tools make charting faster, easier, and more personalized for both you and your patients. Requirements Active Florida RN license Minimum 1 year of skilled Medicare home health experience using OASIS preferred Experience with Kinnser a plus!
