Electrophysiologist

PAGNY is adding an Electrophysiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County Heart Health Center. The qualified candidate will provide direct patient care, coordinate clinical care in outpatient cardiology sub‑specialty clinics and cardiac invasive procedure lab, and supervise mid‑level providers. Opportunity Details Provide cardiovascular outpatient services within scope of the Physician’s license and in accordance with the goals of the Division of Cardiology. Lead delivery of quality patient care, meeting regulatory standards, Joint Commission, and other requirements. Obtain complete history and physical and document findings in a systematic format. Order, perform, and interpret laboratory tests. Order medications and medical devices as needed. Interpret Zio patch recordings. Evaluate patients in Device clinic. Perform inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology consults. Qualifications NYS License. Completion of approved residency and fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Board Eligible and Certified. Wages and Benefits Annual Base Salary: $342,872* (board eligible); $352,872* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. Estimated total compensation: $432,679** (board eligible) and $443,679** (board certified). Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week: $55,520. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS limits): Employees immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings.
