Froedtert ThedaCare , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Brand-New Oshkosh, WI location. Practice Highlights :

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Join an established team of 1 physician and 3 APCs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

 
Clinic Hours : M-F 7:00a-6:00p

 
Call Rotation : Once per week and 3-4 weekends per year. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

• Income Details:
• Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
• Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
