Position Title Clinical Research Associate Opportunity Details Opportunity Type: Direct Full Time Salary Range: $100,000-125,000 base salary depending on qualifications Location: Remote (multiple positions across the US) Travel Requirements: up to 60% Required Experience & Skills Recent direct experience with 3+ years as a CRA working on CNS/Psychiatric studies following Rater Training standards and cognitive assessment tools. Minimum 3+ years of CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical clinical monitoring experience in CNS/Psychiatric studies. Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH E6; experience with rater-administered measures. Proficiency with CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and MS Office. Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills; CCRA preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/health discipline (or equivalent); RN/BSN acceptable. Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for investigators and site staff. Conduct site evaluation, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits; complete visit reports and follow‑ups. Train site staff on protocols, GCP, regulatory requirements, and investigational product handling. Monitor data quality, informed consent, source documentation, CRFs, and AE reporting. Track and manage site progress, regulatory submissions, recruitment, and data queries. Ensure proper maintenance of essential documents in the ISF and TMF. Support patient recruitment planning and investigator/study meetings. Identify, document, and elevate protocol deviations and quality issues.
