Physician Practice Operations Lead

Qualifications Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, problem solving skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Ability to work and build relationships collaboratively as well as problem solving. Required Work Experience: One (1) year of leadership experience required. Previous practice management experience is preferred. Other Information: Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II Criminal History record check.
