Sales Associate

The Mansion Furniture LLC is a family owned retail furniture company in central Phoenix. We need experienced and professional individuals to become a part of our team!
We are currently looking for:
Position Title: Sales Associate
Employee Type: Part-time
Hours: 16 hours per week minimum
Location: 1727 E. McDowell Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85006
Starting Pay: Starting at $ 15 / hour - minimum. Commission opportunities.
Shifts : Schedule may change to rotating schedule.
Must be available to work FRIDAY - SATURDAY during the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Must be able to work on Holidays (Closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, New Years, and Easter Sunday).
Job Summary:
This position is great for an experienced salesperson that is highly energized, positive, willing to learn, and that has great people skills. Candidates must have a strong desire and passion to offer an excellent retail experience to each and every customer.
Candidates must manage to have a high close ratio but maintain a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:

• Treat each customer as you would want to be treated


• Find the best solution to each customer’s need


• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment


• Assist with simple managerial tasks


• Answer telephone calls professionally and take appropriate actions


• Work continually on a customer’s order from start to finish


• Receiving payments


• Resolving customer issues

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of High School diploma (must have sales experience)


• Computer Skills: Internet, Excel, Word


• Great writing skills


• Have a valid driver’s license and good driving record


• Must be able to work weekends and most holidays (Closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, New Years, and Easter Sunday)


• Must have excellent customer service skills


• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, bilingual (Spanish)


• Clean and professional appearance

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
