What You’ll Do

• Conduct neonatal rounds and manage high-risk NICU patients in a Level III NICU setting
• Provide care for up to 20 infants in the NICU, with an average daily census of 9-11
• Support high-risk deliveries, attending only high-risk cases and C-sections when necessary
• Participate in outpatient clinic one day per week, including Neonatologist support
• Collaborate with in-house mid-levels and other hospital staff
• Use Epic EMR system for patient documentation
• Respond to calls within 20 minutes using provided pagers and Spectra Link phones

What You Need

• Valid state medical license in Pennsylvania
• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• At least 2 years of NICU experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to respond swiftly during on-call hours
