responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic delivery of a distributed flight operations ground crew and loader workforce across decentralized retail launch sites.
• Establish and track operational KPIs specific to ground handling, such as load accuracy, turnaround times (turn times), safety incident rates, and operational readiness.
• Involved in all aspects of program methodology adherence, including adherence to a formal Quality Checklist (Financial Workbooks/Invoicing, Engagement Logs, Deliverables & Reporting).
• Monitors and ensures flawless, profitable, and successful execution of the program across delivery, financial, customer relationship, and growth metrics.
• Manage the strategic partnership with Randstad delivery leadership, holding vendor teams accountable for critical staffing SLAs including fill rates, time-to-fill, worker retention, and cost-per-hire for hourly ground crews.

qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Aviation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent operational leadership experience.

- Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in aviation ground handling, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), or high-volume e-commerce fulfillment, with a deep understanding of ramp operations, cargo loading, or last-mile distribution.

- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in a senior delivery, program management, or operational role, with a proven track record of managing large, complex, multi-year programs.

- Proven track record managing large-scale contingent labor programs, working directly with or for staffing agencies (MSP/RPO models) to source, onboard, and retain high volumes of hourly, non-exempt workers.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or influencing the retention and expansion of services.

- Preferred certifications in Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 30, Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS), or supply chain management. Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
