Badass Construction is currently seeking a Site Assistant ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Unlock and lock jobsite each day ? doors, windows, garages, etc.
- General site cleanup ? material removal, sweeping and organization
- Generator and temporary heater/air maintenance, care and fueling
- Conduct blower-door tests
- Operate light equipment and power tools
- Document site activities with photos and observations
- Operate machinery including but not limited to: forklifts, high-reach lifts and skid steers
- Daily interaction with, and oversight of, subcontractors
