Duties: * Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation equipment according to schematics and design specifications * Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to verify proper operation post-installation * Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on existing HVAC equipment to optimize performance and efficiency * Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards * Operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and refrigeration gauges for refrigerant servicing * Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including installation procedures, service reports, and system configurations utiziling home services businsess software. Skills: * Strong construction background with experience in mechanical installation processes * Ability to read and follow schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately * Mechanical knowledge encompassing equipment repair and general maintenance skills * Familiarity with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems and field service operations * Proficiency with diagnostic tools such and understanding of electrical wiring principles * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driver responsibilities * Experience working with air conditioning units, and mechanical components such as pumps or valves * Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in residential settings while adhering to safety protocols Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly impact the comfort of countless households.
