• Provide support with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, guide new staff or students, and uphold exemplary lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
