Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift, Monday–Friday | 32+ Weekly Guaranteed Hours | No Weekends | No Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including adults, geriatrics, and pediatric orthopedic/acute injury cases
• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with orthopedic and neurological conditions including lower extremity injuries, spine conditions, CVA, balance impairments, and Parkinson's disease
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with post-operative protocols and evidence-based practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EHR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a general outpatient clinic environment
• Manage a caseload that is primarily 1:1 with some double-booked appointments

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina or eligibility through a Compact state
• Competency and comfort treating both orthopedic and neurological patient populations
• Familiarity with standard post-operative rehabilitation protocols
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Epic EHR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 or more years of outpatient physical therapy experience; new graduates with at least one advanced clinical rotation in an outpatient setting will be considered
• Experience treating sports injuries, spine conditions, and neurological diagnoses such as CVA and Parkinson's disease
• Dry needling certification or experience (a bonus but not required)
