Job Title: TIG Welder

Job Description

This role focuses on precision welding of stainless steel components to produce high-quality parts, assemblies, and custom fabrications that meet or exceed engineering and customer specifications. You will apply advanced welding techniques and a strong understanding of stainless-steel properties to deliver clean, accurate, and durable welds in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding on stainless steel, with a focus on 16-gauge material, to produce precise and durable welds.
• Set up welding equipment and workstations, including proper selection of tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledonia, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Caledonia,MN.
