Experienced Automotive Technician (B-Level)

Allstate Auto Experts is a rapidly growing, high-volume automotive repair facility in DeSoto, Texas looking for an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician who can confidently handle:

• Brake system repairs
• Steering & suspension work
• Bolt-on mechanical repairs
• Cooling system repairs
• Tune-ups & maintenance
• Basic drivability diagnostics
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
• Scan tool usage & code interpretation

This is not an “oil changer with a dream” position. We need someone who can move with urgency, communicate clearly, and produce quality work without turning the shop into a smoke machine of comebacks and excuses.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing common vehicle issues efficiently
• Performing brakes, suspension, steering, and maintenance repairs
• Conducting vehicle inspections with clear documentation
• Working closely with service advisors and teammates
• Using modern diagnostic equipment and repair information systems
• Helping maintain a fast-moving, positive shop culture

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong brake and suspension experience required
• Ability to perform basic diagnostics independently
• Experience with domestic and Asian vehicles preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Own tools required
• ASE certifications are a plus, not a requirement
• Positive attitude and team mentality
