Shape a meaningful educational experience as a School Psychologist supporting K-12 students in an engaging, welcoming environment for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time contract role is ideal for compassionate professionals seeking a balanced schedule—work four days a week from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm—and a manageable caseload of approximately 20-25 students. You’ll interact with a diverse population, including some non-verbal students, and provide vital psychological support that addresses academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.

Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive strategies that cultivate student growth and well-being. This opportunity emphasizes in-person involvement, as virtual-only candidates cannot be considered. Interviews will begin in April, so prompt applications are encouraged.

Ideal qualifications and experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification, eligible for work in K-12 settings
• Experience working with students of varying developmental, academic, and emotional needs
• Comfort and skill supporting some non-verbal students
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Knowledge of assessment tools, IEPs, and intervention strategies
• Commitment to providing on-site services (virtual-only candidates not eligible)

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting student assessments and delivering psychological services
• Supporting development and implementation of IEPs
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and staff to foster student success
• Facilitating individual and group counseling sessions
• Collecting and maintaining data for progress monitoring
