The HR Generalist serves as a trusted business partner to manufacturing leaders, providing support across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and workforce planning. This role helps build a high-performing, engaged workforce by coaching leaders, developing team capability, supporting organizational change, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and mutual respect. In this role, you will: HR Business Partnering Coach leaders on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development planning, and career growth. Support implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives. Partner with leaders to develop action plans from engagement and culture survey results. Talent & Workforce Planning Support recruitment activities, hiring events, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives. Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, succession opportunities, and development needs. Learning, Performance & Organization Effectiveness Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Facilitate team effectiveness, leader assimilation, and change management efforts. Drive continuous improvement through coaching, collaboration, and problem solving. Communication & Employee Experience Support site communications, recognition programs, engagement activities, and community initiatives. Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, teamwork, and employee ownership. Compensation & HR Programs Partner with leaders and Centers of Excellence on compensation, retention, and workforce solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of HR experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments. Experience in employee relations, coaching leaders, talent management, and organizational change. Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence, build relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in team-based, high-involvement, or High Performance Work System (HPWS) environments preferred. Availability to work on-site. Salary Range: 79880 – 94440 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
