Assistant Dressage Trainer

We are hiring a full time assistant dressage trainer for a private facility in central Texas. Classical training program, excellent clients, and a top tier breeding program.

We are looking for someone grounded in classical dressage who rides well, teaches well, and communicates clearly with clients. This is a team environment, so we need someone who works well alongside others and pitches in. Character matters as much as talent here. We want someone honest, who says what is actually going on with a horse, and who puts the horse first when it would be easier not to.

On site apartment in the barn. Two bedrooms, shared with an easygoing female working student. You get a private bedroom; kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. The barn stays quiet, as only a couple of horses live inside and the rest are out 24/7.
