Candidates will be field based within New Jersey. Fleet vehicle provided, no cold calling or door knocking!

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Home Assessor! The Home Assessor will be conducting in-home baselevel inspections for residential clients. In this role, you will provide positive customer interaction to support our energy saving programs, should have basic residential home construction knowledge and strong time management skills, need to be capable of installing energy efficiency products. This position is field based in all weather conditions along with examining attics, basements, crawlspaces, interior and exterior structures. Company vehicle & equipment is provided to perform assigned task.

• Install energy savings measures including light bulbs, shower heads, power strips, night lights, faucet aerators, and more
• Discuss technical aspects of energy consumption systems (ie. HVAC, lighting, air sealings etc)
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Maintain organization of company vehicles, inventory, and paperwork

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:

• High School Diploma required
• 6 months 1 year of customer service
• 21 years of age or older with valid driver's license

Target compensation...

$25.00/hr.

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
