As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, individualized care to our residents.

As an STNA at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield, you will:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide respectful, hands-on care that promotes dignity and comfort
Support nursing staff with daily routines and maintain a clean, safe environment
Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans

Pay & Bonuses:

Competitive wage scale
Attendance Bonus: +$2.00/hour

Qualifications:

Active STNA certification in Ohio (required)
New graduates welcome
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Reliability, compassion, and a team-oriented attitude are essential
