As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, individualized care to our residents.
As an STNA at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide respectful, hands-on care that promotes dignity and comfort
- Support nursing staff with daily routines and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
Pay & Bonuses:
- Competitive wage scale
- Attendance Bonus: +$2.00/hour
- Loyalty Bonus: +$2.00/hour

Qualifications:
- Active STNA certification in Ohio (required)
- New graduates welcome
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Reliability, compassion, and a team-oriented attitude are essential
