Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Establish a rapport built on trust and understanding with patients to foster an open dialogue essential for therapeutic success. \n
- Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify mental health disorders and co-occurring conditions in clients. \n
- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and circumstances of each patient. \n
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, providing counselling that is empathetic and effective. \n
- Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by referring clients to medical specialists, support groups, or additional resources when required. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies. \n
- Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development, staying updated on the latest evidence-based therapies and techniques. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and trauma.
