Loan Processor

Hybrid | Must reside in Tampa, FL | Full-Time Lendyx is a fast-growing real estate lending platform focused on bridge, DSCR, construction, and transitional loans. We work with serious operators and move fast. We’re hiring a Loan Processor to drive loan files from signed term sheet to funded. If you’re organized, relentless with follow-up, and take pride in clean execution, you’ll do well here. A Loan Processor at Lendyx is the project managers of a loan file. You’ll coordinate borrowers, internal teams, and third parties (title, insurance, etc.) to keep deals moving fast and clean. What You’ll Do Own active loan files end-to-end and keep each file moving forward daily Request, collect, and organize borrower documents (ID, bank statements, entity docs, etc.) Review docs for completeness and inconsistencies Coordinate with third parties: title/closing agent, insurance agent, HOA, and other vendors Maintain clean communication: status updates, next steps, timelines, and follow-ups Keep systems updated (CRM / LOS) so the team always knows what’s happening What “Great” Looks Like You run your files with urgency and control Borrowers feel guided (not confused), and closings don’t become fire drills You’re proactive: you catch problems before underwriting/title catches them You don’t need babysitting — you take ownership and ask smart questions Who This Is For This role is a fit if you are: Highly organized and naturally structured Comfortable following up repeatedly and professionally Detail-oriented (you catch what other people miss) Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities Coachable, accountable, and hungry to learn Who This Is NOT For Don’t apply if you: Need constant direction or reminders to follow through Avoid uncomfortable follow-ups or conflict Prefer remote work or a slow environment Requirements Strong technical and computer skills - PDFs / email / systems High personal standards: accuracy, speed, responsiveness Lending/real estate experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll train the right person) Compensation & Growth Competitive base pay (based on experience) Performance-based growth path You’ll learn real underwriting and deal mechanics by working directly inside live transactions #J-18808-Ljbffr Lendyx
