Logistics Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for someone with a knack for logistics and strong data entry skills. The position requires strong organizational skills and communication skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to work efficiently and balance multiple tasks within time constraints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Receiving orders and entering orders for operations dispatch
-Accurate preparation of operation documents
-Corresponding with customers to confirm delivery times
-Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
-Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
-Collaborate with other departments within our agency

Required Skills and Experience:
-Industry experience in logistics, final miles, special products or household goods moving of 3+ years
-Organized and detailed oriented
-Working knowledge of office equipment
-Ability to work within tight deadlines
-Knowledge of standard billing practices
-Proficiency in MS Office
-MoversSuite experience a plus
-Must have reliable transportation to work from office
