Your Role Lead on-site execution of data center projects, ensuring work is performed safely, accurately, and in alignment with strict technical and documentation requirements. What You’ll Do Coordinate all field activities for data center builds, including MEP‑intensive scopes Maintain detailed look‑ahead schedules and plan manpower, equipment, and materials Support testing, commissioning readiness, and turnover documentation Enforce safety and quality standards in a high‑accountability environment Identify and mitigate schedule, quality, or coordination risks early What You Bring Experience supervising data center/critical facility work and MEP coordination Strong field leadership and documentation discipline Ability to lead teams under tight schedules and high standards Experience 5–10+ years of field supervision; data centers/critical facilities experience strongly preferred. Proven leadership of MEP‑intensive sequencing, testing coordination, and turnover readiness. Education & Certifications High School Diploma or GED required; Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience preferred. OSHA 30 required/preferred for supervisory roles; competent‑person certifications as applicable; valid driver’s license. Tools & Software Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/planning tools. Primarily on an active project site and/or jobsite trailer; high coordination environment with strict quality and documentation expectations. May require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), variable shifts, and extended hours during testing/commissioning/turnover phases. This role will require shifts or extended hours depending on project demands, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Travel will be required based on project assignment. Projects are primarily within the St. Louis region, with flexibility and readiness to support work outside the local market as Tarlton expands.
