We can't operate without you. The operating room (OR) runs as a team; every person on the team has an important role that directly impacts the patient. Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process.Prepare & Maintain: Set up procedure rooms with all necessary instrumentation, equipment, and supplies.Sterile Expertise: Demonstrate mastery of sterile technique, sterilization processes, environmental controls, and instrument decontamination.Team Support: Establish and maintain an organized sterile field, ensuring all team members adhere to sterile environment protocols.Surgical Assistance: Assist surgeons by providing visualization of the surgical wound, aiding with wound closure, and applying sterile dressings.Anatomy & Instrumentation: Apply your knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to surgical procedures, and advance your understanding of instrumentation across various surgical services.Accuracy & Safety: Perform accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts according to established procedures.We are offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.Required:Successful completion of a Surgical Technologist ProgramCertified First Assistant - Certified Surgical Technologists (CST/CSFA)Unlicensed Assistive Person: ND (UAP:ND)Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, have a variety of skills from clinical to project management.
