Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual paralegal to join our supportive legal team in Woodbridge, Virginia, on a full‑time IN PERSON basis. THIS is not a remote position. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of immigration experience. Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages considered an advantage. Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor. Highly organized, able to manage multiple administrative tasks. Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English. Mandatory EOIR experience (MCH & IH). Responsibilities Ensure effective communication within the firm and with external contacts. Maintain accurate record‑keeping, schedule meetings, and process applications. Utilize Microsoft Office and learn new software as needed.
