Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

Seize this exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of our thriving immigration law office with locations in Maryland and Virginia. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual paralegal to join our supportive legal team in Woodbridge, Virginia, on a full‑time IN PERSON basis. THIS is not a remote position. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of immigration experience. Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages considered an advantage. Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor. Highly organized, able to manage multiple administrative tasks. Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English. Mandatory EOIR experience (MCH & IH). Responsibilities Ensure effective communication within the firm and with external contacts. Maintain accurate record‑keeping, schedule meetings, and process applications. Utilize Microsoft Office and learn new software as needed. Support attorneys in the preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions, and gather supporting documents. Other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
