Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care for orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
• Adapt to variable OR start times, which may range from 0600 to 0800 depending on the daily surgical schedule
• Fulfill on-call obligations, including one call day per week and one call weekend every seven weeks
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the operative experience

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Hands-on OR experience with orthopedic and spine surgical cases
• Ability to work variable start times based on OR scheduling needs
• Availability to participate in on-call rotation as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced surgical environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of orthopedic and spine instrumentation and implant systems
